Work through these checks

1. Try a different channel

   Confirm that other live content starts normally.

2. Return after a short interval

   A single source can be temporarily unavailable.

3. Restart the player

   Close it fully, reopen it and retry the channel.

4. Capture safe details

   Note the channel label and time without sharing credentials.
