Do subscriptions renew automatically?

No. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You choose whether to renew.

What happens if I have a technical problem?

You can submit a Canadian support request at any time for help troubleshooting with your device and setup details. Response and resolution times vary. A first paid subscription may qualify for a refund if the service does not work as described and you contact support within 7 days of activation.

What is the refund approach?

A first paid subscription may qualify for a refund if a technical problem prevents the service from working as described and you contact support within 7 days of activation. Support should first try to resolve the problem; if it cannot be resolved, the affected subscription may be refunded.
Duplicate payments and orders that cannot be provisioned should be refundable.
Third-party player or app fees are not refundable by IPTVRoute. Problems caused solely by unsupported equipment or your own internet connection are not covered when the IPTVRoute service itself is functioning.
Applicable consumer-law rights are not limited.
