Clear terms for using IPTVRoute.

1. The service

IPTVRoute provides subscription access for live television and on-demand entertainment on supported devices. The service requires a suitable internet connection, a compatible device and, where applicable, a compatible third-party player app.

Specific channels, titles, events, formats, electronic programme guide data and catch-up availability may vary. IPTVRoute does not guarantee that any particular item will remain available.

2. Free trial

The free trial lasts 24 hours and does not require a payment card. It is limited to one trial per eligible customer. Email verification and eligibility checks apply, and a trial does not create a paid subscription or automatic charge.

3. Plans, prices and payments

Plans are priced in Canadian dollars and are defined by a subscription term and a number of simultaneous connections. The total shown during plan review is the price for the selected term.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You decide whether to purchase or fulfil another term. PayPal is the launch payment method and is available only when shown during checkout. A browser return or payment-provider redirect is not proof of payment; IPTVRoute relies on verified provider confirmation.

4. Service preparation and access

Payment does not guarantee immediate activation. A verified paid order may require manual service preparation. IPTVRoute does not promise an activation time.

You are responsible for protecting account links and service credentials. Do not publish, resell, share beyond the connections included in your plan, or use them to gain unauthorized access.

5. Devices, apps and internet access

Public device categories and setup guides describe supported approaches, but compatibility can vary by model, operating system, app version and app-store region. Third-party player apps are separate products and may charge their own fees.

You are responsible for your device, player app, home network, internet service and any third-party charges.

6. Acceptable use

Use IPTVRoute only for lawful personal use and within your selected connection limit. Do not interfere with the service, evade access controls, probe systems, automate abusive requests, distribute credentials, or use the service in a way that harms IPTVRoute, its providers or other customers.

Access may be restricted when necessary to address suspected fraud, misuse, security risk, payment disputes or legal obligations. Customer and payment records remain subject to the applicable policies and statutory requirements.

7. Renewals and expiry

A subscription ends when its purchased term ends unless a renewal is separately purchased and fulfilled. A verified renewal payment creates a renewal request; it does not immediately extend service. Upstream service must be extended before IPTVRoute synchronizes the local subscription.

Renewal reminders may be sent to eligible customers before expiry. Delivery of a reminder is not guaranteed and does not extend the subscription.

8. Support and refunds

Support requests can be submitted at /support at any time. Response and resolution times vary, and no particular response time is guaranteed.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

9. Availability and responsibility

IPTVRoute does not promise uninterrupted service, a particular uptime, or error-free access. Planned maintenance, internet conditions, device problems, third-party apps and upstream service conditions may affect availability.

Any exclusion or limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Final liability wording requires owner and counsel approval before publication.

10. Changes and contact

IPTVRoute may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate service channel.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Northern Ireland, except where mandatory consumer protections or other applicable law require otherwise. This wording does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
