Privacy Policy

How IPTVRoute handles your information.

This Privacy Policy describes the personal information IPTVRoute handles when you browse the site, request a trial, use an account, purchase or renew service, receive service access, or contact support.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. Information we handle

The information depends on how you use IPTVRoute. It may include:

  • Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, authentication status and account preferences.
  • Trial, plan, order, payment-status and renewal records, including selected term, connection count, currency, totals and payment-provider references.
  • Service and provisioning records, including subscription status, service dates and encrypted service-access credentials.
  • Support information, including your request, replies, device or app details, service reference and safe diagnostic context you choose to provide.
  • Technical and security information needed to operate the site, protect requests, maintain sessions, investigate errors and enforce abuse limits.

2. Why we use it

IPTVRoute uses personal information to verify identity, assess trial eligibility, process and reconcile orders, prepare service, provide account access, fulfil renewals, send operational messages, answer support requests, protect the service, meet record-keeping obligations and enforce these policies.

IPTVRoute does not sell personal information and does not use the current public site for behavioural advertising.

3. Authentication and payment providers

IPTVRoute uses email-based authentication. Authentication and operational email providers process the information needed to verify addresses and deliver secure messages.

PayPal is the launch payment provider. When PayPal is enabled and selected, it processes the payment credentials. IPTVRoute receives commercial and payment-status information needed to reconcile the order, but does not store a PayPal password.

4. When information is shared

Information may be shared with service providers that host the application and database, authenticate users, process payments, deliver email, or help operate and secure IPTVRoute. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a properly managed business transaction. IPTVRoute does not grant public visitors direct access to private account, payment, credential, provisioning or support records.

If you choose the optional WhatsApp contact link, your browser opens WhatsApp and the information you send is handled under WhatsApp’s and Meta’s policies. /support remains IPTVRoute’s official structured support channel.

5. Cookies and local storage

IPTVRoute uses essential cookies for authentication, checkout continuity, security and bounded guest support access. These cookies are required for the requested workflow and are not advertising cookies.

The current public site does not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated first.

6. Retention

Information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and administer the service, operate accounts and security controls, answer support requests, maintain payment and transaction records, prevent fraud or abuse, handle disputes or refunds, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Some records may need to be preserved after service or account closure for legitimate business, security, financial, dispute or legal reasons. IPTVRoute does not currently promise automatic deletion on account closure or a fixed deletion period for each record category.

Backups and service providers may retain related information under their own applicable retention practices. Those periods depend on the provider and are not represented here as fixed IPTVRoute deletion guarantees.

7. Security

IPTVRoute uses access controls, server-only credentials, restricted browser permissions, encrypted service credentials and operational logging intended to protect personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Protect Magic Links, guest support links and service credentials. If you believe one has been exposed, submit a support request promptly without including the secret itself.

8. Processing outside Canada

Some service providers may process information outside your province or outside Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws. Final provider and cross-border disclosures require owner and counsel approval before publication.

9. Your choices and requests

You may contact support@iptvroute.com or use /support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where applicable. IPTVRoute may need to verify your identity before acting.

Requests are handled subject to applicable law and records IPTVRoute is required or permitted to retain. A deletion request does not promise instant or automatic removal of every record.

Operational messages needed for authentication, service access, payments, renewals, security or support are different from promotional marketing.

10. Updates and contact

This policy may be updated as IPTVRoute’s practices or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version.

IPTVRoute Ltd is the approved service operator for this policy. Privacy questions or requests can be submitted through /support or to support@iptvroute.com.
